Donna Wright is a native Kansan and best describes her work as “inspirational and life changing”. She’s an authentic facilitator who believes that one of her purposes in life is to help others recognize their leadership potential. She is a servant leader and has served on numerous boards throughout her career.
As Managing Principal of Kansas Business Services LLC (KBS), Donna brings over 25 years of corporate and non-profit experience to CLF. Donna currently serves as a faculty member at the Kansas Leadership Center in Wichita, KS. She is program chair for the 2 day Your Leadership Edge program and serves on the teaching team for Lead for Change. In addition to her work at KLC, Donna has facilitated the following programs: Systemic Racism in Infant Mortality, Communities of Color & Law Enforcement, Kansas Democratic Party Adaptive Challenges, and numerous Diversity/Equity/Inclusion sessions.
Her passion and expertise for enhancing the visibility and footprint of Women & Minority Owned Enterprises (W/MBE) is yet sought out in the industry. Wright has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the City of Wichita Diversity Task Team, Wichita Public Schools DBE Policy Committee, Make-A-Wish Foundation, American Red Cross, the Wichita Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and volunteers her time to a number of other local organizations. Donna is a proud member of the Wichita Chapter of Links, Inc. and is the immediate past President (2016-2018). She is an alumna of Benedict College and the Harvard Kennedy School of the Art and Practice of Leadership.
Mrs. Wright enjoys reading and loves spending her free time traveling with her husband of 35 years, her six children and grandchildren.
