Aletra Chaney-Profit
President

Aletra Chaney-Profit of Wichita, Kansas is the Director of Career Services for Butler Community College.  She has a Bachelor of Arts in Media Arts from Benedict College and has had extensive experience editing video and producing for NBC affiliate, WIS-TV.  Aletra decided to change direction and began a new career in workforce development, with an emphasis in serving justice-involved individuals. 

She received a Mini Masters of Public Administration (MPA) from the Hugo Wall School of Business and Urban Development from Wichita State University, is a certified Offender Workforce Development Specialist (OWDS), and is a graduate of the Advance Kansas Program, an initiative for Diversity and Inclusion for business and community leaders.

Chaney-Profit has been featured in Ingram Magazine’s “50 Kansans You Should Know” and in Wichita’s Community Voice Newspaper. She is the president of the Chaney Legacy Foundation, Clinician for the Dirk Chaney Memorial Workshop, and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.  Aletra has served on the Executive Board of Women Aspire, an organization that helps displaced women and their children. 

Aletra says her greatest accomplishments are being a wife and mother of six children.

Tiffany McCoy
Board Member

Tiffany McCoy resides in Kansas City, Missouri, and is a relationship manager for UMB Bank where she holds the designation of Vice President for the company’s Corporate Trust Department. Tiffany joined UMB in 2009, and as a trust officer for the Kansas City administration team, she is responsible for managing a wide portfolio of corporate trust accounts. Her specialties are general obligation bonds, paying agencies, escrow agent appointments, and reinsurance trusts.

McCoy earned a Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Development from Benedict College, in Columbia, South Carolina. She is also a Certified Corporate Trust Specialist (CCTS), and a member of the American Bankers Association. She is an inaugural board member of the Chaney Legacy Foundation where she serves as Secretary, and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Tiffany enjoys working with youth and served several years as a mentor for the Junior Pearl Society. McCoy also serves as the event coordinator for an annual empowerment seminar for youth girls in Kansas City called It’s All About You! 

Tiffany has been married for 13 years to her loving husband Dontaye McCoy.

Pamela Roberts
Treasurer

Pamela Roberts is a resident of Wichita, KS.  She is a Systems Engineer at Spirit Aerosystems, Inc. where she performs requirements management for multiple programs.  Pamela began her career in 1985 as an electrical engineer at The Boeing Company where she was responsible for designing harnesses and cables for military aircraft. 

Ms. Roberts earned her Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Southern University A & M College in Baton Rouge, LA.She earned her Master of Science in Systems Architecting & Engineering from the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles, CA and received her Six Sigma Green Belt in Lean Management.Ms. Roberts serves as treasurer of the Chaney Legacy Foundation and is a member of Society of Women Engineers (SWE), Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., and International Council of Systems Engineers (INCOSE).

She is grateful that Jesus Christ is her Lord and Savior and has been blessed with two daughters, LaNier and Tiffany, son-in-love, Ryan, grandson, Crosby, and mother, Nancy.

Robert Farris
Board Member

Robert Farris resides in Midwest City, Oklahoma and is a District Sales Manager for Keurig Dr Pepper. Robert joined KDP in 2010 as an Account Manager and was promoted into His current role in 2013. Robert is 2nd in command of a multi-million dollar beverage facility that services over 1300 stores and business in Oklahoma City and surrounding areas. 

Farris Graduated from Wichita Heights HS in 1979 and promptly began a career in management. Farris was a member of the 1977 Wichita Heights State Championship basketball team that was inducted in the Kansas and Wichita Sports Hall of Fame in 2007. Robert was ordained as a Deacon in 2015 while being a member of the Loving St James Baptist Church in Spencer Oklahoma. Robert has served as a member of the Midwest City Rotary Club. He is an inaugural member of the Chaney Legacy Foundation where He currently serves as Vice President. 

Robert has been married to his beautiful Wife Karen for 35 years. They are blessed with 3 awesome children and 8 lovely grandchildren.

Katie Givens
Secretary

Katie Givens is a human resource and workforce development professional located in Derby, Kansas. Katie's professional expertise is in nonprofit and grant management. Her career within nonprofits progressed from case management to executive leadership roles. Currently, Katie works for Southeast KANSASWORKS as the Assistant Executive Director and owns consulting company with her husband Justin, the Givens Partnership Group. Katie is certified as a Human Resource Professional through HRCI and SHRM.

Katie began working for Southeast KANSASWORKS in July 2020. Prior to this she worked as a consultant and researcher for Wichita State University's Public Policy and Management Center focusing on Workforce Development and Human Resource projects and worked for 10.5 years at the Workforce Alliance of South Central Kansas. Katie has 19 years of non-profit experience, of which 13 years have focused on workforce development. Other experience includes mental health services, foster care/transitional services, special education, and youth services.

Over the years  Katie has been able to work on many rewarding projects with nonprofits and churches in south central Kansas. She has also served on boards such as Dress for Success, Wichita SHRM, Wichita Indochinese Center, Clearwater Public Library, and now the Chaney Legacy Foundation.  Katie is dedicated to public service and giving back to the community.  Katie was born and raised in Hutchinson, Kansas and moved to Wichita in 2004 to attend Wichita State University; she graduated with a bachelors degree in Communications in 2005. Katie and her husband Justin have one daughter, Isla and a Boxer dog named Phog. 


 

Cortney Holloway
Board member

Although Cortney works for the Kansas Department of Revenue, his primary commitment is to his family and community. His wife and boys are the apples of his eye, but he always makes time to serve his church and community.

Cortney is a problem solver and analytical thinker. As an avid sports fan, he understands teamwork and commitment.

His greatest assets are his ability to survive and keep grinding.

Donna Wright
Board member

Donna Wright is a native Kansan and best describes her work as “inspirational and life changing”.  She’s an authentic facilitator who believes that one of her purposes in life is to help others recognize their leadership potential. She is a servant leader and has served on numerous boards throughout her career.

As Managing Principal of Kansas Business Services LLC (KBS), Donna brings over 25 years of corporate and non-profit experience to CLF. Donna currently serves as a faculty member at the Kansas Leadership Center in Wichita, KS.  She is program chair for the 2 day Your Leadership Edge program and serves on the teaching team for Lead for Change.  In addition to her work at KLC, Donna has facilitated the following programs:  Systemic Racism in Infant Mortality, Communities of Color & Law Enforcement, Kansas Democratic Party Adaptive Challenges, and numerous Diversity/Equity/Inclusion sessions. 

Her passion and expertise for enhancing the visibility and footprint of Women & Minority Owned Enterprises (W/MBE) is yet sought out in the industry.  Wright has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the City of Wichita Diversity Task Team, Wichita Public Schools DBE Policy Committee, Make-A-Wish Foundation, American Red Cross, the Wichita Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and volunteers her time to a number of other local organizations.  Donna is a proud member of the Wichita Chapter of Links, Inc. and is the immediate past President (2016-2018).  She is an alumna of Benedict College and the Harvard Kennedy School of the Art and Practice of Leadership.  

Mrs. Wright enjoys reading and loves spending her free time traveling with her husband of 35 years, her six children and grandchildren.

Sherri Robinson
Board Member

Sherri has spent the last two decades serving others as a Registered Nurse. She loves assisting and gains satisfaction bringing joy to others.

In her personal time, Sherri also volunteers with Satin & Lace Social Club, the ELKS Peerless Lodge, Ruth Chapter O. E. S., and her local church where she serves faithfully as an usher and member of the Events Team.

Sherri enjoys spending time with her family and loves ones. Her personal statement is, “Be the type of energy that no matter where you go, you always add value to the space and lives around you.”

Christopher Lee
Board Member

Christopher Lee of Wichita, Kansas is the CEO of PBP Management Group.

He’s married to Hai Lee and has a daughter, Olivia.
